There are three eco-lodges at Tacugama, providing simple but beautiful accommodation in the peaceful surroundings of the sanctuary. To fully enjoy the tranquillity of the forest reserve and increased opportunities to spot wildlife (and hear wild chimps calling), then an overnight stay is a must!
The first two lodges, "Bruno" and "Julie" are located in a clearing at the edge of the sanctuary, and can form an ideal 'pair' if there four of you wishing to have a quiet weekend, sharing sun-downers and a barbecue.
A short distance further on is "Augusta", our tree-house which provides a unique view into the forest canopy, with the chance to spot birds and the occasional troupe of spot-nosed monkeys.
